The exhibition consists of five young artists – the finalists of the competition, seven jurors with individual preferences, and the cold finality of victory and loss. The motto and the key to the exhibition was drawn from the series “The Game of Thrones”, providing an ironic comment on the situation of the competition within the context of which the works of the final five are displayed. The form of the competition imposed a need for cool objectivism, and the exhibition arrangement follows this path. Individual works are also characterised by cool sparsity of expressive means and aesthetic sensitivity, offering a basis on which they can be seen as part of particular trends within young Polish art.

The latest exhibition at the Grey House Gallery, "Fair Trade", is a story about journey between two places that in no way match each other. The urban landscape of India and the unrefined old wives from Kleparz, globality and locality - Maryna Hobrzyk builds two parallel narrations stemming from a year spent in India and an attempt to portrait the Kleparz fair. See for yourself what becomes of this exotic comparison.
